David & Erin
Erin Stewart and David DeWitt have been performing together for over 15 years, beginning when they met in the Broadway National Tour of The Phantom of the Opera where they toured the United States and Canada for several years. They got married, had a baby, and the rest is history. As a couple, they have recently sung with The Northern Dutchess Symphony, The Chappaqua Orchestra, Baltimore Musicale, The Festival of the Arts at Mohonk Mountain House, Shadowland Stages, and more!
They recently created a cabaret-concert titled Married with Child: Songs of Marriage, Parenthood, & Sex (and lack there of). It includes their favorite songs about the ups and downs of marriage and parenting from the Great White Way, The Great American Songbook, as well as old Hollywood gems while sharing humorous anecdotes from their experiences as parents and as a couple. They share songs from shows such as The Phantom of the Opera (the show they met on!), Hamilton, Into the Woods, Drowsy Chaperone, Sound of Music, South Pacific, City of Angels and many more.
Erin most recently sang with the Omaha Symphony Orchestra for the Omaha Christmas Celebration. She has performed the role of Christine Dae in Phantom:The Las Vegas Spectacular as well as the Broadway tour and made her Broadway debut with the Broadway production. She appeared as Mrs. Nordstrom in the Tony nominated Broadway revival of A Little Night Music starring Angela Lansbury, Bernadette Peters, Elaine Stritch and Catherine Zeta Jones. Erin has starred in regional productions all across the United States and has performed premieres, concerts, and recitals in such venues as Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Symphony Space, Omaha Symphony, Merkin Hall, Gould Hall, Steinway Hall, the Liederkranz, El Museo del Barrio, and Yamaha Studios. David appeared as Javert in Les Miserables, Monsieur Reyer in the Broadway National Tour of The Phantom of the Opera, and as Gus in the Broadway National Tour of Cats. Film and TV credits include the Make-up Artist in Woody Allen's Sweet and Lowdown, Michael in Under Shelter, Oscar in Outside the Window, Rusty in King's Day Out and Michael and Sammy in the Mary Tyler Moore TV series, New York News.
