After purchase, an email will be sent with the zoom link to be used for the next 12 upcoming classes.

Please have a regular sized straw (Plastic or metal) and a cup of water on hand.

And email will be sent after each class with a link to the recording that will be available for viewing and download for 1 week.

For this bundle, classes must be used consecutively, 1 year from time of purchase. No refunds.
