You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Albany, NY. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

17. Refunds for Vocal Reconnect are available if after having gone through the course in its entirety in its 7 day period, applied and taken action on all of the teachings. Evidence of full completion of journal assignments, the vocal warmups, meditations are required by the end of the 7 day period.
